This treatment begins with a thorough intake to find out what your needs are and  to plan the best massage experience crafted just for you.
You may choose from many massage styles and pressures including Swedish, sports, pregnancy, migraine and headache care, deep tissue, myofascial release and gentle stretching.
Each massage session can include many additional features at no extra cost and choose as many as you want.

 Farm Fresh 90 Minute Massage                            $150 
(may include everything in the 60 minute massage) PLUS:                ​​
🌿 30 extra minutes! 60 minutes always seems to go by so fast, 90 minutes for extra focus on problem areas or added techniques
🌿 Warm salt stones to help warm up and loosen tension...melts muscle like butter and adds a deeper relaxation effect
-OR- a hot herbal poultice compress that features many healing herbs and items from the farm that may include fresh mint, rose petals, yarrow, comfrey, lavender, and many other ingredients. The compresses are also reusable so you take it home to use for home relaxation.

Seeing a need for my clients to engage in personal and meaningful connections with the loved ones in their lives, I developed and started teaching couples massage classes .
